Pale pink in colour, this méthode traditionnelle style shows aromatics of fresh strawberry, raspberry and orange blossom leading to a delightful creamy palate with savoury notes.

The Mostyn is so named to acknowledge and thank a young man by that name whose generous gift made a significant contribution to saving the life of another.

A desire for a wine of prestige and distinction grapes from the family vineyard are hand selected and crafted to show the distinct qualities of the Ferguson Valley.
This resulted in “The Mostyn”.

A Shiraz / Temp blend. Similar in style to previous vintages, with slightly less oak influence. A wine that will continue to mature for the next decade.

A Medium bodied Shiraz with lifted aromatics of vanilla and blueberry. This leads to a delicious textural palate, together with sweet plums and berries.

This Tempranillo has brightness and purity from estate harvested fruit. Aromatics of blackberry, raspberry and mulberry with underlying hints of truffle and earth.  A rich palate, dense and fruity with clean, precise tannins. 

Cabernet Sauvignon made from selected , hand picked fruit for this vintage has resulted in a succulent, pleasing wine with aromas of dark cherries and hints of vanilla

Fresh blackberry and plum. Youthful and enticing. Loads of sweet fruit and fine lingering tannins. 

Perfect complement for Ferguson Falls pizzas and most pastas.

Our Rosé, made from selected hand picked Tempranillo grapes has resulted in a delightful, flavoursome wine. Exhibits obvious hints of ripe strawberries and dried figs.

Distinctive nose with tropical intent. Plenty of peach and honeydew melon tones. A delicious and pleasing wine with a flavoursome palate.

Fruity, full bodied with a dry finish.

Comprised of predominantly Verdelho, sweetened slightly with light effervescence.

Lemon and lime palate with a crisp finish.
